The 8th edition of the EGEA Conference “Nutrition & Health: from Science to Practice” was held from November 7th to 9th, 2018. The three days of multidisciplinary exchange provided an opportunity for discussion around food and chronic diseases prevention; how doctors can allocate more time to prevention in their practice; and on how to strengthen broader recommendations to make the food system healthier and more sustainable.
